Terms and Conditions

Booking

The owners will not guarantee to hold any dates until a deposit of £100 or $150 per week is paid. Please, therefore, make sure the property is booked before making any travel arrangements.

Travel Arrangements

Whilst the owners of the property are prepared to pass on recommendations for Travel Agents and Car Hire companies, they accept no responsibility whatsoever for any problems experienced using these companies. Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the Guest.

Payment and Cancellations

The following payment schedule applies:-

On booking - Deposit of £100/$150 per week. Non-returnable.

Full payment is to be made 2 months before departure.

In the event of cancellation, the owners reserve the rights to apply the following charges:-

Cancellation 1-2 months prior to departure: 50% of rental cost.

Cancellation less than 1 month prior to departure: 100% of rental cost.

Force Majeure

The owners of the property or their servants or agents, will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: Strikes, Riots, Political Unrest, Hostilities, War or Threat of War, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical Problems to transport, Aircraft Grounding, Closure of Airports, Weather conditions or any other event beyond their control.

Liability

A security bond of £150/$250 will be required by the agents on behalf of the owners with the final balance. This will be refundable subject to satisfactory status report by the Management Company and the safe return of the key/s. In the event of any damage to the property, caused by the party to this agreement, the owners or their agents will look to those persons for full reimbursement of the outstanding amount within fourteen days.

Personal Injury

The owners and owner's agents do not accept liability for injury, howsoever caused as a result of the use of the property and pool.

Holiday Insurance

Guests are required to have appropriate travel/ holiday insurance in force for the period of their stay.

Pets

No pets allowed, unless by prior arrangement in exceptional circumstances.

Accomodation

In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary to substitute your chosen villa for one of the same or higher standard.
